Coaching is a fundamental skill that is required to effectively drive
Employee Performance Management (EPM) from its core.
Embedding continuous engagement with direct reports and team
members shall propel PETRONAS towards realising its aspiration in
becoming a high performing organisation. This programme is
designed to provide understanding and knowledge of coaching as
well as valuable practical exercises in honing coaching skills.
