LOAD BEARING CERTIFICATE

This is certified that the proposed 5 (Five) storied fabric processing plant of YOUNG

INTERNATIONAL WEAVING (BD) LTD. located at plot -30-31, sector # 5, South Halishahar,

CEPZ, Chattogram, Bangladesh has been designed by d.zignscape Consultants Limited. The

design parameter has considered based on BNBC-2006. Foundation of the building has been

designed according to the sub soil investigation report. All structural elements have been

designed with stiffness, strength and ductility to withstand both superimpose design live load

and lateral load due to wind and seismic according to the BNBC-2006. Live load for this building

has been considered for mezzanine floor to 4th floor as 6 kPa (125 psf approx.) and for roof as 5

kPa (105 psf approx.) as well as for stair case as 5 kPa (105 psf approx.)
