PROFILE
I have completed my graduation from BUET in
2001. I have been working in the field of structural
and geotechnical engineering in different companies
in Bangladesh and abroad. Now I have started my
own company named Soil and Structure. My total
educational and work experiences is given below-
Professional Experience:
 Graduation in 2001 from BUET.
 Bashundhara Group in 2002 to 2004
 Grameenphone Ltd. 2004 to 2008
 Al Habtoor Engineering in UAE in 2008 to 2012
 Obayashi – HBK JV in Qatar in 2012 to 2016
 Obayashi in KMG bridge project in 2016 to 2017
 Bashundhara Group in 2017 to 2019 end
 Soil and Structure in 2020
Design Expertise:
 Road, embankment, pavement, bridge, culvert,
temporary structures for construction.
 Jetty, sheet pile wall, cofferdam.
 MSE wall, retaining structures, slope stability,
soil nailing, soil anchoring etc.
 Ground Improvements including PVD, SCP,
Deep Cement Mixing (DCM), Vibro Floatation
(VF), Stone Column, Concrete Column, uses
of geotextile
 Residential, commercial industrial buildings
 All type of steel and RC structures like
transmission tower, conveying structure, steel
silos. RC silos etc.

o Design of cement factory:
Clinker silos, cement silos, fly ash silos, conveying
structures, mill feeding system, pre-crushing machine
foundation, hot gas generator, truck loading etc.
o All type of foundation and superstructure for the bitumen
production factory for Bashundhara Group (BG)
o Expansion of Bashundhara tissue factory
o Expansion of Shahjalal newsprint factory of BG
o 10 storied garments factory for Riviera group
o 4 storied dying factory for Perseus group (steel
building)
o 10 storied garments factory for knit horizon
BRIDGE AND JETTY
o Design of jetty at bitumen plant for Bashundhara group
o Design of jetty at MCML cement plant at Mongla.
o Retrofitting of existing jetty at Modongonj for BG
o Design of pc girder bridge at Mukhtarpur.
o Working at Kachpur, Meghna and Gumoti bridges
o Design of six bridges at YAS Island in Abu Dhabi
o Design of approach flyover bridges at Abu Dhabi airport
BUILDING STRCUTURE
o Review the design and preparing construction design of
the JAFZA convention centre, hotel and office building in
Dubai. Project comprises two 35 storied office building
including five basements, 10 storied hotel building and 6
storied convention centre.
o Design review and construction design preparation of the
Al Bustan tower in Abu Dhabi. Project comprises five 14
Buildings including five basements.
o Review the design and preparing construction design of
the Meshireb downtown, phase-3 project in Doha,
Qatar. Project comprises of 14 building including five
basements. The highest building is a 22 storied hotel
building.
GEOTECHNICAL WORKS
o Design of slope stability and mechanically stabilized earth
(MSE) wall at Kanchpur bridge on behalf of Obayashi
corporation.
o Design of cofferdam, temporary jetty, retaining walls,
diaphragm wall and temporary bridge staging platform at
Matabari road project, Bakkhali bridge project, Muktarpur
bridge project on behalf of Mir Akhtar Hossain Ltd.
