Step 1: Twelve drops of iodine solution were dropped separately in the grooves of a white tile.
Langkah 1: Dua belas titik iodin dititiskan secara berasingan ke dalam jubin berlekuk.
Step 3: The test tube was immersed into the water bath at 37°C.
Langkah 3: Tabung uji itu direndamkan ke dalam kukusan air pada suhu 37°C.
Step 4: 5ml of 1% starch suspension was added into test tube and stirred.
Langkah 4: 5ml ampaian kanji 1% dicampurkan ke dalam tabung uji dan dikacau.
Step 5: A drop of the mixture was taken out and dropped into the first groove of the tile
containing iodine solution.
Iodine test is carried out and repeated every one minute for 12 minute.
Langkah 5: Setitik campuran dikeluarkan daripada tabung uji dan dititiskan ke dalam
lekuk pertama jubin yang mengandungi larutan iodin.
Ujian iodin dijalankan dan diulang setiap satu minit selama 12 minit.

Steps 1 to 4 were repeated by using different concentration of salivary amylase enzyme which
are 2%, 3% and 4%.

berbeza iaitu 2%, 3% dan 4%.
a) Record the time taken for the hydrolysis of starch to be completed at different salivary
amylase enzyme concentration in the boxes provided in Table 1.
