2019 in the National E-sports Arena in Clark, Pampanga. The Regionals, the
first regional-based gaming tournament will gather the top teams from
Region 3 to compete against each other in Dowta 2. Your team has earned
the reputation over the last year by competing in different local

Regional Invitational being held in Clark, Pampanga this January 2019. Portal
is developing and co-publishing Dowta 2, and this event will strengthen the
Dowta Community in this Region.

We appreciate your contribution by your playing of the game already.

You are an important member of the Regional Dowta Community, and your
presence in this event will be essential to the success of the Event.

Portal will be responsible for your travel related expenses for the Event,
including local fares to and from Clark, Pampanga, hotel accommodations,
and your meals during the event. We have held rooms at the Newgrounds
Hotel(near Clark Airbase, Pampanga) in anticipation of your attendance.
