Dear Gov. Michael,

The DISTRICT ELITE PRAISE and CHRISTMAS PARTY of Wright I District will take place on December
15, 2023 at the Wright National High School Quadrangle in Paranas, Samar. The host Schools WNHS, Pabanog, San
Isidro, Cantao-an & Pagsaogan ES, are looking forward to hosting this once-in-a-lifetime event. We are currently
making plans for this event to go well. More than 380 teaching and non-Teaching Personnel, faculty members,
Division DepEd Personnel, and Local Government Unit (LGU) employees are anticipated to attend the event. At the
Grand Night, there will be a Christmas dinner party, Awards and Recognition of the outstanding Deped Employee, a
raffle, entertainment throughout the night, and a tribute of our outstanding stakeholders. We will also feature the Oath
Taking and Turn-Over Ceremony for the new ELITE PRAISE Hosts and Committee for the coming year.

Due to the limited funding, we respectfully ask for your help in order to host this event. We would like to take into
consideration your office for any contribution or equivalent in kind in order to cover for this activity. The funds raised
will pay for the following expenses:

A. Christmas Party Dinner

B. Raffle draws
C. Stage Preparation/Decorations/ Advertising Costs (Banner, Tarpaulins)
D. Souvenir/Tokens
E. Invitations/Sound system
F. Documentation: Video coverage & pictorials
G. Operational Expenses prior to the event.
Your assistance will be essential for the success of the gatherings. For the sake of transparency, all pledges and
cash raised will be mentioned the night of the Celebration.
We would like to thank you in advance and wish your office continued success on behalf of Wright I District
Teachers and Administrators.
