Meeting held on 10.09.12 as per the above agenda
Following Points discussed in the meeting:-
Metering of borewell water consumption in different area to be done so that we come to know the borewell
water consumption in different area. It was observed that, out of four water meter provided in different
places three (Borewell outlet meter No-3 , which is being used for domestic use for staff bathroom, ADM
building, Canteen and workman bathroom water meter ) are not working. Those meters are to be made
operative.It has already informed to instrument depertment to get those meters rectified.

We have decided that we will reduce water consumption by 10-15 % of total domestic consumption by:-
Plugging leakages at verious locations.
Water consumption while taking bath can be minimised both by the concious effert of every individual and
with the help of mechenism.
Borewell water which is now being used for gardening can be replaced by ETP water.
