The job I’m applying to for is welding I have one year of welding experience. I

have four welding classes, I always show up on time 15 minutes because the class

starts or even earlier if i can . when I'm in the shop Im always doing something

cutting metal so people can do their welding work on my project or when someone

needs help I help them with their project. When I'm working on a project I stop and

think about how I’m going to weld it. I run a few practice welds and then I do my

weld. When my teacher tells me to do something I do it no questions asked because

I know he needs someone to do that, so by him telling me to do it I feel like he

knows he could count on me. When I don’t have anything to do I clean my area or I

do cut metal because I know my teacher needs someone to cut metal for everyone

who is practicing their welds. If I need to stay after class to clean up my area and

turn of the machine and make sure I turn off the gas, also I put the tools I use I put

them away where they belong.
