SUBJECT: 3-DaV Live-Out Training on Establishing a Community of

Practice for Excellent Schools (COPES) in Camarines Sur,
Batch 4

DATE September 18, 2018

1. The Depart!ment of Education, Schools Division Office of Camarines

Sur shall conduct a 3-Day Live-Out Training on Establishing a
Community of Practice for Excellent Schools (COPES) in Camarines
Sur, Batch on November 8-10, 2018 at a venue to be announced later.

The activity aims to:

a. provide a forum for the sharing of the insights, lessons , issues, and
challenge in the implementation of the COP projects;
b. draw outt contingency and/or development plan for the continuing
implement ation of the projects;
c. strengthen the culture of sharing and camaraderie among the
implement;ers.
3. In this conn ^ction, the secondary school heads who have not yet attended
the previous trainings shall signify intention to participate in the training,
together wit » 4 key teachers with the office of the Asst. Schools Division
Superintend^ nt Susan S. Collano on or before September 25, 2018. The
first 20 scho (bis to signify shall be the priority.

There shall be no registration fee. The expenses for the food, venue, and
training m attrials shall be charged against the Division INSET funds subject
to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations; while, the travel
and other all owable expenses shall be charged against the school/division
MOOE.

5. The training management committee and other details relative to this

training shall be announced in a separate Memorandum.
