This role is part of Country Sales Team. Its responsibilities are at the heart of driving specification, so understanding the specific
lighting application and customer need must be in your DNA.

Together we can…

▪ Focus and improvement on specification generation and business generation with 50% business conversion with projects of products
and system and services.
▪ To establish, develop and maintain contact with specifier community, namely Lighting Designers, Architects, M&E Consultants, Interior
Decorators etc.
▪ Have a structured visit plan and ensure specification generation of appropriate Philips Products and Interact Systems
▪ Conduct product training for specifiers
▪ Close co-ordination with KAMs, Marketing, LiAS and System Centre and externally work with project eco system including End Users,
Specifiers, Main contractors and Subcontractors, etc.
▪ Responsible for Specifier NPS and process improvement initiatives.

You are…
▪ Someone with Major degree of electrical /electronics /architecture, understand lighting .
▪ Good understanding of lighting application, products, and systems.
▪ Someone knowledgeable, worked for 5 years or more in specifier management / Consultative selling role .
▪ Basic understanding of lighting design software – Dialux, Autocad, Calculux.
▪ Good communication skills and fluency in English is must.
