Neural Concept creates Deep Learning Simulation Software for enhanced engineering. Our algorithms help
companies speed up their R&D cycles, augment their product performance and solve their next engineering
challenge.

Deep Learning and AI have already revolutionized how images, sound and natural language are processed.
Therefore, some problems that used to be considered intractable are now easily solvable on a large scale.
Yet, Computer Assisted Design (CAD) and geometry processing are still using traditional methods. Our mission
is to bring this revolution into the world of CAD using our unique Neural Network technology that can process
3D CAD models.

Global leaders in industries ranging from Automotive to Aerospace, as well as cutting edge sports teams from
Sailing to Car Racing, are trusting our software to ensure that they stay ahead of the curve in their field.

The company was founded in 2018 and we are a fast-growing team of currently 16 people, dedicated to
accomplishing our mission. We were born in a top-notch AI lab at EPFL and the values of research are in our

Your mission

Your mission is to manage our online and offline communications and increase Neural Concept’s
brand awareness.

Ultimately, you will plan and execute promotional campaigns across multiple channels to attract and
engage with customers and increase our visibility in the related industries.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy.


• Manage relationships with creative agencies and oversee assigned budget.
• Participate in brand positioning and apply the brand identity to all the publication of the company.
• Define and execute content plan (newsletters, press releases, webinars, customer testimonials).
• Review branding of sales tools (brochures, presentations, one-pager).
• Fine-tune the company’s brand promise and deploy initiatives to raise brand awareness.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns - SEO, Google analytics, Google Ads, Social media management
and website updates.
• Deploy promotional campaigns to generate leads, measure results and fine-tune approach.
• Manage Neural Concept’s participation at conferences and exhibitions.
• Manage external communications with journalists, news wires, industry analysts and
communication agencies.

Your profile

• Fluency in English, additional language (French, German) is a plus.


• Excellent English writing and editing skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Adobe Suite (InDesign,
Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Attention to detail, good organization skills and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Interest in engineering technology and machine learning is a plus.
