SEBI TALK

We are pleased to inform you that Department of Management, BIT Mesra organized an event
conducted by SEBI (Security exchange board of India) Ranchi on 7th February 2019. Mr.Gyanendra Niraj
(AGM and Office incharge) SEBI Ranchi, was the guest speaker for the event.

The contents of the program were as follows:

 Rules and regulations to keep the interest of investors safe.

 Precautions to be kept as company.
 Understand the difference between trading and investing.
 Analysing and studying about the reliability of company before investing.

The program was organized for the students of MBA Department, BIT Mesra. The program
helped students to gain knowledge about the stock market and role and functioning of SEBI.
various Do's and Don't s related to investment in any company.

Guest speaker shared the real life experience which was the interesting part of the event as it
gave students the idea about how to be safe and secure their funds in market. He also said that it's
never too late to start the investment.
