DAY 1: LEVELLING OF EXPECTATIONS

INTRODUCTION

Good Morning my fellow Educators. Today we will take the first step
in our role as an agent of change. This is to guide us to effectively
deliver the K-12 Basic Education Program. We are here as your trainers
to support you in this undertaking. But before we proceed to our task.
Let us think about correlating the objectives of the training with our
goals of learning so that within the first hours of this training, we can
begin working together in harmony and more meaningful ways.

a. Share your responses to the group
b. Choose a rapporteur and a leader
c. Collate responses and write them on Manila Paper

 Create your own class norm for the whole group. Write it on the
Manila Paper and post in on the wall.

CLOSING

 In the next 5 days, we will immerse ourselves in long hours of


hardwork. We have levelled our expectations with that of the
training. It is now up to us to come out as winners of this
training. All I can leave you as we proceed is the belief that our
success in whatever undertaking depends on our present efforts
and commitment to learn.
