RE: Billy Lee

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter to recommend to you Billy Lee. I have known Billy for eight months and have had the
pleasure of interacting with him as his American Government and Economics teacher at Merced High School. In
that time I have found him to be a very hardworking, courteous, and diligent young man.

While at Merced High School Billy has maintained a 3.69 grade point average and has a career goal of becoming
a physical therapist in order to help others who are in need. He has taken many medical courses while at
Merced High School in order to prepare himself for college, where he hopes to obtain his bachelor’s degree in
kinesiology.

Billy is a fine young man, very polite and respectful. He is always on time to class and ready to work when class
begins. He is very conscientious about his studies and is never late on his assignments. He has an excellent
attendance record as well, rarely missing school.

I am very glad to recommend to you Billy Lee. He exemplifies what it means to be Bear STRONG. He is a fine
student who has great potential in life. I am sure he will continue to do well and someday achieve all the goals
he has set for himself. He is an outstanding young man.
