    Greetings!

    We, the undersigned Grade 11 Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM) students of
    Leyte National High School, are currently working on a qualitative research study entitled
    “DOWNSIZING OF EMPLOYEES: A CASE STUDY ON ITS IMPACT TO SURVIVOR-
    EMPLOYEES” in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the subject Practical Research 1.

    The objective of the study is to know the impacts made by downsizing to survivor employees.
    The result of this study will be beneficial to employees directly affected and the survivors who
    remain at a certain organization. Hence your participation on this research is very important and
    highly appreciated. Rest assured that all of the information that you have provided will be kept
    confidential and anonymous and will only serve for the purpose of this study.

    Hence, we would like to appeal for your active participation in our research. We will be using
    several methods of collecting data which include an interview, a questionnaire with few open-
    ended questions and observation.
