     MNC / A1/ A2 Civil & Building main engineering firms needs Senior/ Quantity Surveyor.

     Dip / Degree in BSC in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or C&S Engineering.

     3-6 years of relevant Pre/post contract experience in Building construction projects.

     Projects such as : Residential, Condominium, Commercial, Shopping mall, Industrial &

    mixed development etc.

     Project experience with A1/ A2 main-con an added advantage.

    Job Scope:

     Tender& or Pre/ Post Contract Mgmt,

     ,Study Contract Dwgs & specification, Prepare measurements & BOQ.

     Taking off measurement, Source for Sub-contractor, Quote comparison.

     Prepare LOA, PO & WO, Awarding Subcontractors.

     Prepare Tender & Contract Documents

     Monthly progress claims & variation order.
