Background/Introduction:

The Notice tp Proceed (NTP) received last January 30, 2019 with subcontract expiration date last.
THE PROPOSED REHABILITATION OF THE STUDENT CENTER. The project is on-going now.

Base on the Original Plan, the Embankment and Plumbing Works of the Proposed Building was not
included on the BOQ that may additional item needed.

Thus, new plan was approved base on the existing condition of the building.
Shown below is the tabulation of additive item base on the new approved plan.

Recommendation:

Base on the table presented above the proposed variation for the supply and delivery of Item is
recommended to sustain the subcontractor's activity and to fully execute the plan. The estimated
cost for the said variation is Php189,116.42. Immediate response to the said recommendation is
necessary to complete the project base on the plan and to avoid further delays.
