    1. That today is the date fixed for Cross examination of D.W.s

    2. That the present Asst. Govt. Pleader has already on 15-5-2019 sent a letter to
    Circle officer, Azara Revenue Circle Kamrup, Guwahati to attend Cross
    examination but till date has not contacted.
    A photo copy of letter dated 15-05-2019
    is annexed here with as annexure-1.

    3. That this petition is filed bonafide and for the ends of justice.

    It is therefore prayed that Your Honour


    would be pleased to pass necessary order as
    your honour deem fit and proper.

    And for this act of kindness the defendant no.1 & 2 shall ever pray.
