 Generate, maintain & control IMS solar module

 Maintaining & reviewing applicable

 Coordinate quality control objectives and activities
to resolve production problems, maximize product
reliability, and minimize cost.
 Communicate with management and user
personnel to develop production and design
standards.
 Carry our New product feasibility studies & give
relevant feedback to concern departments
 Monitoring new technologies or applications, and
developing performance indicators
 Work with materials suppliers to develop products
that meet performance specifications
 Design, coordinate and execute experiments for
modules
  Evaluation of materials, process, properties &
composition including supplier’s visit for reliability

 Developed a new design in models which is increased the production capacity
with higher modules Eff.
 Developed the product validation check point to reduce the design failure during
process.
 Create a Research Laboratory for Materials and Final product Evaluation.
 Give the Presentation of Solar in front of RDSO inspector.
