unloading at hinganghat
rake point

Terms and conditions:-

1. consignor have to pay the payment after unloading the material at
unloading point.
2. consignor is requested to allow the shortage of 150kg during the transit of
goods.
3. After taking the possession of goods by consignor the transporter is not
liable for any kind of liabilities.
4. loading and unloading expenses will be pay either by consignor or
consignee.
5. Goods are transported entirely at consignor risk.
6. consignor is liable for all consequences arising out of incorrect declaration
of the contents of the consignment
7. Insurance of goods will be by either consignor or consignee side
8. All cases arising out of this shall be within the jurisdiction of chandrapur
court only.
