Transportation arrangements from 25th January to 6am, 2nd February 2020

Based on the information provided in your registrations, shuttles are being arranged from the following locations.
Heartfulness volunteers will be available 24*7 at the following locations on these days to guide us with
transportation. Please watch out for volunteers with Heartfulness placards, and proceed to the pick-up locations
mentioned below.

Airport - Rajiv Gandhi Intl Airport - HYD 35 kms

Arrangement: Buses, Cabs
Meeting point: Behind McDonalds outlet on lower level.

Railway Stations
Secunderabad (55 kms): Pickup outside Platform 10 auto stand

Shadnagar (20 kms): trains via Kurnool, Mahbubnagar

Vikarabad (55 kms): trains via Tandur, Wadi
Kacheguda (50 kms): All trains come via Secunderabad or Shadnagar. Please get
down there. For exceptions, volunteers available at Platform 1
Nampally (48 kms): No arrangements. Please go to MGBS and take a bus

Bus Stations
Hyderabad Bengaluru Highway NH-7 (10 kms): Shuttles and Autos arranged at

Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station (MGBS) (50 kms): Please take a bus towards
Shadnagar or Jadcherla from platforms 32 to 34 and get down at Timmapur Checkpost

Private Transportation in cars, taxis and hired buses

The multiple routes leading to the venue are narrow and not completely tarred. The regular road via Timmapur to
Chegur is under repairs and railway gate closed. Everyone coming on their own are advised to use the routes as
follows:

Coming from Hyderabad city or through Outer Ring Road

All private cars, taxis and hired buses coming from Hyderabad city or ORR are advised
to enter Kanha through the SRCM Farm entrance on the Shamshabad-Shabad road.

Coming on NH7 via Shadnagar or Jadcherla

All private cars and hired buses coming on NH7 are advised to take the Shadnagar–
Theegapur Road towards Symbiosis College and proceed towards Kanha through the
main entrance.

Private Vehicles Parking and Speed Limits: Please park your vehicles only in designated parking areas. All
internal roads will be closed for unauthorized vehicles during the celebrations. Please cooperate at the venue.

The speed limit is 20 kms/hr within the ashram premises at Kanha, for both private and commercial vehicles, to
provide a safe environment for everyone. Please no speeding, honking and anything that disturbs the meditative
conditions of the seekers.

Accommodation upon Arrival: For general accommodation, upon arrival at the ashram, please follow the
directions from the volunteers. Those who have availed special accommodation, please remember your booking
location, i.e., North dorms or South dorms or East dorms and proceed to those areas and alight at the
respective drop-off points.
