revolves around. Then present findings of related studies.

The last part in this section presents the variables.

Technicalities in Research Writing

1. Entries starting from the TITLE PAGE until the last


entry of REFERENCES should be in double space except
the approval sheet.
2. Font style: COURIER NEW
3. Font size: 12
4. Paper size: short bond paper (8 ½ x 11 inches)
5. Typing of entries should be left-aligned, except for
the abstract (full block/justify).
6. Spell out and define first acronyms and abbreviations
at the beginning of the discussion before using them
in their short forms.
7. In encoding numbers, spell them out if they begin in a
sentence. If at the middle of the sentence, zero to 9
are spelled out and 10 onwards are written in
numerals.
8. Preliminary parts: page number is placed on the bottom
side center.
9. Main parts including appendices: page number is placed
on the upper right side.
10. Title page, chapter 1, chapter 2, chapter 3 and
chapter 4: have imaginary page number.
