Re: Peer Review Project 2

Summary: A robot is something nonhuman that can do human things and in order for it
to be able to work. It can be difficult for humans and robots to work together because
when humans interact with robots trust can be placed in the robots too easily.
Additionally, it can be hard for humans to have a conversation with robots. Robots can
also have emotions and therefore personalities because of human psychology research.
In order to create an ethical robot, restrictions are important because humans are in
control of robots. Humans program the bias into robots and their algorithms.

Major Points:
The author may be able to break the ethics section into smaller sections to make it easier
to read but it also makes sense the way it is, so I leave it up to the author. The flow and
organization of the paper also makes sense and works well.

Minor Points:
It might be helpful to put brackets [ ] around the call for help for data for a table to make
it easier to find later.
