    Stapling allows grouping related files and documents together. The stapling creator can add or remove documents from the stapling group and other users can only download documents they have rights to access. To staple documents, the user selects the files to staple, clicks start stapling, and then clicks finish stapling to complete the process. Stapled documents are grouped together but maintain their original locations in folders and emails.

    • Only the stapling creator has privileges to add / delete more
    elements or deleting entire group. Other users only have
    downloading option.
    • If some users have no rights to download some document in a
    stapling, although they can see it in the stapling group, they
    cannot download that file
