    DAVIES 200-X RUST CONVERTER

    Description A pre-treatment solution intended for corroded steel surfaces. It converts rust
    steel into an insoluble and stable salt of phosphoric acid, creating a grayish black if
    the metal is slightly corroded or a grayish one if not corroded.

    Main Features For inhibiting corrosion, as well as improving the adhesion and performance of
    paints
    to be applied.

    Properties Appearance : Clear Solution


    Theoretical Coverage : 25-35 m2 /4 liters depending on porosity of the
    surface.
    Pack Sizes : Plastic gallon, quart and pint containers.
    Shelf Life : One year when stored in dry and cool
    conditions.

    Application Apply uniformly on rusty surfaces using nylon brush. Let dry, then sand slightly or
    solvent wipe. Apply paint as soon as possible to avoid formation of new rust.

    Reduction : Use as is.

    Specification CAUTION !

    Keep away from heat and open flame. Use with adequate ventilation. Rubber
    gloves is strongly recommended for handling the solution. Avoid prolonged skin
    contact and repeated breathing of vapors. Wash skin immediately when it comes
    in to contact.
