Located on the left side of the valve co ver is an option plate showing the engine serial number,
m odel num ber and any optional equipm ent used on the engine. If the option plate is m issin g the
engine serial num ber is stam ped on the cylinder block below the m anifolds. An exam ple of a
S erie s 60 serial num ber is 06RX X XX X XX . The engine serial num ber is required when placing a
parts order.

Model num ber 6067-W K60 represen ts an 11.1 liter S erie s 60 engine that is controlled with DDEC III
or IV ele ctro n ics to be used in a 1991 or later truck.
