DEMAND LETTER

This letter serves as a formal written demand for immediate return of the money
I have entrusted to you for distribution to the people whom you said would like to
borrow money from me as well as the payments made by those people which I have
entrusted for you to collect.

Kindly take note that I have entrusted to you the total amount of Php
398,500.00, Php 150,000 of which represents the P.O card for Gaisano; while
Php226,650.00 of the former amount represents the principal amount in cash to be
distributed to the c lients plus the sum of Php 21,850.00 which represents the
interest to be collected from such clients.

If it were not for your promise to faithfully distribute the said amount to the
people you said would like to borrow from me, I would not have parted from my money
and entrust it to you for distribution to them.

I am giving you until January 15, 2019 to return the aforementioned amount. If
no action on your part is taken until such given day, legal actions shall be pursued.

In view of the foregoing demand, I am hereby affixing my signature this 11th

day of January 2019 at Bacolod City, Philippines.
