    Sir:

    I am writing to your good office to inquire if we be allowed to apply for loan at


    FEPMPC after the pull-out of eligibility ties between FIBECO, Inc. and Bukidnon
    Servant Communities Lending Investors, Inc.

    Since we are too reliant to loan accommodations that will aid with our day to day
    financing however, the same is no longer available thus, we may request that we
    may be allowed to loan at FEPMPC chargeable against our benefits and or salaries
    whichever is applicable notwithstanding the fact that we are not a registered
    member of the organization. We hope that this request be granted.
