SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, FELICIDAD HITONES HONTONARES, of legal age, married, Filipino

and resident of Brgy. Mali-ao, Pavia, Iloilo, Philippines, do hereby name,
constitute and appoint ARNOLD S. JAMOTILLO, of legal age, married,
Filipino and with residential address at Brgy. Pal-agon, Pavia, Iloilo,
Philippines to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in our
name, place and stead, and perform the following things and acts to wit:

1. To transact, conform, undertake, negotiate and agree to the

consolidation and subdivision of Lot No. 2744-A, Lot No. 2744-B, Lot
No. 2744-C with Plan No. PSD-06-085307

2. to sign, execute, and deliver any and all documents including but
not limited to the subdivision agreement, waiver of rights, quitclaim;

3. to represent me in the processing and application of all permits in the

approval of the consolidation and subdivision of the three (3) lots
abovementioned;

4. To sign and receive any and all documents necessary or to pay any
obligation in order to facilitate the above transactions;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-fact full

power and authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper done in
and about the premises as fully do if personally present with power of
revocation, and hereby, ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-
in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these
presents.
