AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, _________________________, 16 years of age, single, Filipino, and

resident of Barangay Remus, Baggao, Cagayan and after having sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the private complainant in the above-mentioned cases;

2. That the above-mentioned case was filed in haste and in apprehension of

facts and circumstances surrounding the same;

3. That after contemplation and meditation, I arrived in a conclusion that I no

longer interest in pursuing this case;

4. That we already settled our differences, and it is my heart desire that this
instant case be withdrawn from the docket of this case;

5. That I am executing this affidavit freely and voluntarily in order to attest to

the truth And veracity of the foregoing statement;
