PERSONAL DECLARATION

OF
INDEPENDANCE

When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for a man to

dissolve the political bands which have connected him with others, and to
assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which
the laws of nature and of nature's God entitle him, a decent respect to the
opinions of mankind requires that he should declare the causes which impel him
to the separation.

I am that I am sometimes answering to the name Gary Mc Dowell hold these

truths to be self-evident, that all men and women are created equal, that all
men and women are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights,
that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. To secure these
rights, governments have been instituted among men, deriving their just
powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of
government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of a man or
woman who possesses these rights to alter the relationship or abandon it, and
to institute a new relationship with said governments.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments relationships long established

should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all
experience hath shown that men and women are more disposed to suffer, while
evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which
they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations,
pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under
absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such
government, and to provide new guards for them and their families future
security.

--Such has been the patient sufferance of this man; and such is now the
necessity which constrains me to alter my former obedience to existing systems
of government. The history of the present Government of Canada and It’s
Provinces and its judicial system known as the crown and all such corporate
entities trading corporately under the Department of Justice, is a history of
repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment
of an absolute tyranny over this man. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a
candid world.
The Government of Canada and associated corporate entities has refused its
assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

The said government and its various associated corporate entities has usurped
the authority of sovereign men and women’s rights repeatedly, for opposing
with manly firmness of said governments invasions on the rights of the people.

The said government and its various associated corporate entities has usurped
the rights of the people by imposing laws and regulations over the everyday
lives of men and women without their consent in areas that are the sole
responsibilities of those men and women.

The Government of Canada and associated corporate entities has endeavored to

prevent the sovereign men and women’s rights; by depriving sovereign men
and women of their allodial title to lands.

The Government of Canada and associated corporate entities has endeavored to

prevent the sovereign men and women rights and has obstructed the
administration of justice, by refusing Government of Canada assent to laws for
establishing the sovereign individual right of free men and women.

The Government of Canada and associated corporate entities has erected a

multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to use fear to
harass and intimidate sovereign men and women and endeavor to deprive them
of their rights, and eat out their substance.

The Government of Canada and associated corporate entities has combined with
others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to unalienable rights endowed by
our Creator; giving The Government of Canada and associated corporate
entities assent to their acts of pretended legislation:

For imposing taxes on us without our consent:

For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of trial by jury:

For trying us for pretended offenses:

For abolishing the free system of English laws by establishing an arbitrary

government, and enlarging its boundaries so as to create absolute rule over
sovereign men and women:

For taking away our charters, replacing common law with statute law thereby
abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering fundamentally the forms of our
governments:
For suspending our own common law legislatures, and declaring themselves
invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most
humble terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated
injury. The Government of Canada and associated corporate entities, whose
character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be
the ruler of a free people.

I, therefore, , appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of
my intentions, do, in the name, and by the authority of almighty God are, and
of right ought to be declared free; that I am absolved from all allegiance to the
Crown, and that all political connection between myself and The Government of
Canada and associated corporate entities, is and ought to be totally dissolved;
and that as free and independent sovereign I have full power to protect myself,
conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts
and things which independent sovereigns have right to do. And for the support
of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, I
pledge my life, my fortune and my sacred honor.
