By the virtue of this letter, you are hereby appointed as LEAD COORDINATOR on
PROBATIONARY STATUS in St. Pius X Institute, Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija, with a salary and
benefits spelled out in the attached page for a term of (1) year for the School Year 2017-2018
(June 1, 2017 to march 31, 2018).
It is understood that you shall discharge your functions, duties and responsibilities as
required by your present position/designation and stipulated in the ACES Manual of Policies.
Likewise, you hereby agree that you shall perform your duties and responsibilities
according to existing laws, Manual of Regulations for Private Schools, ACES Manual of
Policies, CHED/DepEd/TESDA Memorandum Circulars, and shall follow, obey and abide by the
policies, standards, and rules and regulations of St. Pius X Institute.
Further, you agree that this appointment shall be in full force and in effect as specified
above unless expressly terminated in writing either by you or the St. Pius X Institute through its
authorized representative for the just and valid cause or causes at least thirty (30) days before the
effectivity of the said terminations.
Furthermore, you herby agree that you shall attend all trainings, seminars, spiritual
conferences, recollections, general assemblies, and other gatherings that may be declared as
official working days.
Finally, it is desired that you continue inculcating to our students, colleagues and the
other members of the community the values embodied in the Vision and Mission of the St. Pius
X Institute.
