Job Description

To design Cad Drawings of electrical, coordinating with site engineer of

installation of system equipment, making GFC drawings, and designing work.

Co‐ordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the
work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems. Review status reports, modify
schedules and plans as required and keep the management and Project director apprised of the
progress on a regular basis.

Ensure that project documents such as DPR, Load Sheet, BOQs, material controls systems, etc. are
fully developed and reviewed by upper management and that Engineering and Procurement
interfaces are properly addressed.

Responsible for monitoring and checking site installations performed by contractors/site incharge to
ensure its adherence to the drawings and specifications.

Working as an Electrical Design Engineer, capable of preparing Technical Specification (TS), Detail
Project Report (DPR), Bill of Quotation (BOQ), Tender Drawing, As built drawing, in addition with site
supervision.
Low Voltage System field:
Capable of performing Power distribution system and scheme, Load calculation including voltage
drop and short circuit calculation, Preparing of SLD, Selection of Transformer and/or CSS,
Emergency backup system including DGs and UPS system, Sizing of routes of Cables Trench,
Cable tray, Conduits. Indoor and Outdoor lighting systems.

Extra Low Voltage System field:

Design of Fire detection system, Public address system, CCTV, Data and Voice system.

Familiar with electrical standards/codes: WB PWD SOR, Delhi DSR, NBC
