The organization of a student government aims to establish representative body that fosters leadership and promote learners
welfare and excellence for all. It also aims to represent the student body through initiatives, programs and services that
enrich student’s lives. Officers of this organization function as leaders in the school. Through concerted efforts, they can
achieve their objectives to help the school attain more of its goals.

As an institution, the Montessori Children’s House of Learning is not only a training

1. Aspiring students for the SPG president must look for his/her members from Grades 3-6 for a certain position in his/ her

2. They must create a name for their party and fill out the application form with necessary information together with their

3. Duly accomplished application forms must be submitted to the SPG Adviser on the set date of submission

Procedure:
1. Aspiring Candidates of each party will be given a specific time for them to introduce themselves, the position they are
running for and their platforms.
2. After their introductions, they will be asked with some questions regarding the position they are running for.

SPG Election
June 21, 2019
Level: Grades 3-6
Activity: SPG Election
Materials: ballot, ballot boxes, ink and inkpad
Procedure:
1. Each class will be given a schedule to vote. Their votes are valid to one student on a specific position of the SPG.
2. After the election, the election committee will conduct the counting of votes and then, declare the winners in each position
of the SPG
