Communication Release Guidelines
1. All collaterals are property of EuroKids International and should not be modified, altered or changed in any form.

2. The communication featured in the marketing collaterals should not be modified or changed without the consent or approval of
the respective Business Manager.

3. The communication pointers used in the collaterals are legally vetted to ensure guidelines by the Advertising Council of India (ASCI)
are met. Centre are requested not to use terminologies like:
• Number 1 OR No. 1
• Leader Or Leaders
• Misrepresentation of academic content / features and offerings like Montessori, International affiliation etc.

Centres modifying the communication or using the above terminologies will solely be responsible for any legal issues/ charges
faced against these claims.

4. All creative have space to entre centre details. It is advisable to retain the Toll Free number & URL to improve perceived value of
the brand.

5. Visual representation of the institution shown in Advertisement shall be real and existing at the time of the communication
released
