1. Learning Insights from the topic :

I learned the importance of decision making, its different types and I am now aware why
sometimes it’s very hard for me to decide and it’s because sometimes I am not sure with my
priorities, I am afraid to fail and there is pressure involved. I also learned that i should follow the six
C’s of decision making in order to come up with a good decision. I also learned that that our
decision has different types. I thought all decisions are the same.

2. How can I use it in my profession?

This is very useful in my profession because I will be able to recognize what types of
decisions I have made. From now on I can check and evaluate myself on what type of decisions I
will use if ever I have to decide on something especially on the administrative functions of my work.

3. How will my students/ colleagues benefit from this topic?

I can help my colleagues to decide easy and to avoid making decisions so hard. Through the
six C’s of decision making they will be able to come up with the best decision.
4. Would this topic be useful in your personal life and in your preparation to be an administrator?
Explain briefly.

Decision making is very useful in my life because this is the process in which I will make a
good choice by identifying decision, gathering information and assessing alternatives resolutions.
Using a step-by step decision-making process can help me make more deliberate, thoughtful
decisions by organizing relevant information and defining alternatives. This would help increases the
chances that i choose the most satisfying alternative possible.
