ANALYTICAL INSTRUMENTS
A global pharmaceutical products leader recently prevented

services. The customer was building a new testing facility and
needed to move 300 analytical instruments and calibrate them
prior to opening.

Construction delays prevented the team from accessing the building

for an extra five weeks, threatening to delay the opening and cost the

team designed and executed a plan to complete the pre-calibration
on time in Avantor facilities, reducing space utilization, energy and
manual handling of the equipment.
