Re: Reversal of entry/Refund for the Speech Lab Fee.

To Whom It May Concern:

Good Day!

During enrollment, a speech lab fee was posted and registered to the accounts of certain
students from several departments but were not given any laboratory hours and units in any
of their subjects that would require them from using the speech laboratory, it is also not
stated in our course outline/syllabus that we are going to be using a speech laboratory.

I am writing this letter in behalf of my fellow students to address the issue and seek
intervention by kindly asking for a reversal of the entry and/or a refund for those who have
paid in full, in view of the fact that we have never used the speech laboratory during the
span of the current term. We would also like to request for this matter to be taken care of
as soon as possible before we fully settle our accounts with the school.
