Good Afternoon Miss Clarice:

We, the 5th year, BS Accountancy students of FEU Makati, would like to ask the
administration of Far Eastern University to approve our proposal to have Online Lectures. This
is for us to comply with the University’s Online learning initiative. Our proposal will be endorsed
to Sir Earl Borgona, IABF Dean, and will be then passed to the Senior Vice President for
approval. Our proposal’s approval is of utmost importance since this will serve as an assurance
to our Professors/Reviewers that they will be compensated according to the number of hours
they have rendered teaching us.

In line with this, we have been attending lectures via Google Meet and other platforms in
order to learn the necessary topics that will be included in our Final examinations. This request
having 6 hours per day of lecture per subject is necessary as it will be of aid to us for our Final
examination and at the same time for our preparation in taking the Certified Public Accountant
Licensure Examination (CPALE). We have organized all of this from coordinating with one
another the time, platform and topics to be covered in the lectures to our Program Head and
Professors with the schedule and coverage of the examinations.

The lectures were scheduled from May 1 to May 15, 2020 to accommodate the four
subjects we needed additional lectures on. This request to your office about our online lecture
for our Finals examinations is to ask for a Fair and Just Compensation. Since the semester is
ending, this May 27, 2020, our Finals examination will take place this May 16 - 22, 2020. In line
with this, with the limited time available, we would like to request the approval of the proposal
for us to cover all the areas needed in our goal of becoming FEUture CPAs and for our
professors, to be fairly compensated.
