My eating habits

I like almost all the food, but I try to avoid food with a high content
of oil and sugar. I exercise every day and in my kitchen there is
always a great variety of fruits.
Normally, I eat breakfast at 7am, I prepare eggs with ham, orange
juice, toast. I lunch at 1, my husband brings me lunch from the
restaurant, usually some meat, chicken or fish, salad or soup and
dessert.
For food, I like to eat light, juice with whole crackers, or some
protein shake.
I do not like guava juice and I try to drink 2 liter of water a day.
