    PURPOSE
    The purpose of this memo is to document the summary of Q2 Subcon Test Forecast
    Attainment.

    SUMMARY:

    Based on volume loading, KY, GO, G & UT are the 4 subcon sites that are currently
    being tracked for the test forecast attainment.

    Executive Summary Of Top Deviations:

     May-13-CHIPMOS-ZW44A, Tool mark issue at Auto line 6 due to which lots were
    re-routed to CML conventional (~1.2Mu) for Re-work & Test.

     June-13-ASE-Nextest constraint at ASE because of over forecast shown based


    on the Test transfer plans, As a WIP control measure lots were diverted to KYEC.
    Because of which we ended with +4% beyond the boundary limits for KYEC.

     June-13-UTAC-Die shortage because of un expected upside from the customer.


    Now we are working closely with all the CFT’s & UTAC for giving a realistic
    forecast.
