3.1 Site Patrol and Witness
There were 52 RFIs received for Section 5 during this reporting period.

Inspection and witnessing by relevant SC staffs were performed according to the RFI’s raised.

Site patrols were happened by SC-senior regularly wherever activities going on as needed.

5 MAIN PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
5.1 Main Problems:
1) Limited transport for SC Staff mobilization to supervise the increasing number of works at site.

2) Wi-fi/Internet connection not stable & weak/insufficient

3) CCCC failed to provide construction record as soon as work done for SC to sign off

4) Starting from 12th May 2020 SC staff started partially WFH and WFO in SC cabin-office cause of insufficient office spaces.

5) To follow MOH-SOP; worker/Staff resume to work must be gone through Health-screening.

Solution:
1) CCCC to provide additional pick-up for SC staff.

2) CCCC to make sure smooth Wi-fi/Internet connection

3) CCCC to prepare & submit the construction record as soon as work done for SC to sign

4) SC staff to make sure basic PPE to be there and keep social-distancing.

5) All SC staff have already gone through Health-screening.

Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO).

C. Subgrade Works: -
