• Focal officials for all the 2021 TAS targets pertaining to CoEACaP as well as cross-functional targets identified

OTHER ACTIVITIES
• Attended & completed the internal committee auditing of TAS 202o targets for HRDC, held on 15.01.2021
• A meeting amongst relevant CoEACaP’s engineers to review CHP’s SCADA Specification document was held & completed dt. 15.01.2021. The final reviewed document
was submitted to CHP dt. 18.01.2021
• Submitted the presentation slides dt. 19.01.2021, for the technical papers accepted from CoEACaP in the “International Conference on Science and Technology -
ICSciEnTec2020” , being organized by CST, Rinchending, Bhutan and scheduled to be held on 5th & 6th February in virtual platform
• 2020 EAS Target ratings for all the CoEACaP officials completed & submitted dt. 19.01.2020
• Individual EAS Targets - 2021 for all the CoEACaP officials finalized and signed dt. 29.01.2020
• All the Purchase Requisition (PR) pertaining to items provisioned by CoEACaP scheduled for January cycle completed
• PR pertaining to HRDC’s common item – “Motorized floor scrubber” also stands completed

• Following CoEACaP Officials attended the PowerTech 2021 - “2 nd Edition of Power & Energy Technology Summit” w.e.f 21 st to 23rd January, through

PROCUREMENT OF KEY EQUIPMENT

• Phasor Measurement Unit, which was a spill-over item of CoEACaP from 2020 was received by MMD P/ling dt. 27.01.2020. The PO for the same was placed in 2020
and the item is scheduled to be received by CoEACaP this week.

• Primary Injection, Tan-δ / Capacitance & IR/PI tests on CHP’s Unit-1 GT-2, after completion of their internal inspection - 08.01.2021
• Battery capacity & impedance test on 220VDC, 1020AH battery bank at CHP Switchyard – 17.01.2021 to 19.01.2021
• Insulation diagnostics test on spare 66kV CT at CHP Switchyard – 18.01.2021 to 19.01.2021
• Tan delta & Capacitance test on 66/11kV, 3MVA Transformer-1 at CHP Switchyard – 20.01.2021
• Primary injection test on 66/11kV, 3MVA Transformer-1 at CHP Switchyard – 21.01.2021
• HIPOT HVDC test on U-1 & U-2 generator stator winding for VOITH Hydro at THyE (After complete installation of Top bars) - 25.01.2021 to 27.01.2021

 Electrical tests pertaining to GT-1 & GT-2 as scheduled following its dry-out
 Tests as a part of commissioning activity for new 132kV CTs being replaced for U-2
 Tests on U-1 & U2 Circuit Breakers
• Take up the following test activities scheduled by DHPC
 Electrical tests pertaining to a GT that was recently undertaken for internal inspection

• Imparting in-house training on Protection System to THP Engineers – 1 st & 2nd February 2021
• Discussions related to CoEACaP’s TAS 2021 task initiation & undertaking
