1.0 WEEKLY PROGRESS REPORT ACTIVITIES WEEKENDING (APRIL 11, 2020)

1.1 ENGINEERING

1.1.1 PROCESS

• Provided inputs to PPN scope of work

• Reviewed IDR of PPN scope of work
• Submitted final package to after incorporating QA/QC comments
• Coordination with Sampling vendor

1.1.2 INSTRUMENTATION

• Responding 60% package

• Preparation for HAZOP
• Reviewing MR for Auto sampling skid
• Preparing RFQ for Rockwell PLC

1.1.3 PIPING

• Prepared Final Package and submitted

• SOW reviewed and provided input

1.1.4 COMMUNICATION

• Review and provide inputs in the overall SOW particular in SAES standards, SAEP, SAMMS and other international
standards.
• Review the EIDR for Project proposal narrative (Scope of work).
• Review Documents related to the project.

1.1.5 STRUCTURAL/CIVIL

• Incorporated all comments by other discipline to submit the 60% package

• Continued specifications for Concrete and Structural to be submitted for 90% submittal
• Reviewed Subcontractors preliminary reports such as TOPO and GPR study.
• Continued working on drawings and other documents for 90% submittal
