Ingenuity, flexibility and originality…three elements that holds one word, one word that
affects not just an individual’s life but also establishes and builds millions of paths through life.

Creativity, a simple yet powerful word that touches thousands of kind; it is seeing what
everyone else has seen, but thinking what no one else has thought. Experimenting, taking risks,
and breaking rules that yield positive results are the key. It is interconnected with innovation and
development, which makes it a main ingredient for success and progress.

It should take place in every human person’s life, most especially to educators – the
catalysts of change. Teachers must be able to innovate their thoughts put it into their work and
action. I have always believed that the highest achieving students are the most creative, which
we owe a lot from flexible teachers, making school a happy environment.

Thinking beyond borders, venturing to new strategies and even the ability to identify and
trial new solutions to problems within your own specific context foster creativity. Every school
should aim not only for teachers’ growth but for its students’ creativity as well. In this way we
can get a high-class and innovative learning as a better option.

Today’s global technological change and sustainability challenges, we need to increase

creativity levels in the next generation, to ensure the innovations that will keep us afloat. If we
can change the way teachers see things, we can affect the culture of learners.

Creativity lives inside every one of us, we just have to awaken it, uncover it and
unleash it. Why stick to traditional ways when you can do more? Instead of thinking outside the
box, why not get rid of the box?
