Subject: Request to extend DP Term

Dear Sir/Madam,

Good day. I am writing this letter in relation to the property (H&L) that I reserved in Aldea Real
Phase II B2 L32 recently. Current payment scheme presented to me is 10%DP and 90% bank
financing with the DP (less P20,000 res fee) payable in 6 months and is roughly around
P46,000.

May I request to have changes in the Payment Scheme presented and that the DP term be
extended from 6 months to 12 months? This will allow me to stretch my monthly to P23,000
and will enable me to have financial flexibility in case of emergencies.
