Below is an extract from one of the conversation in Task 1. Marry is a secretary and
representing her company Global Network to hold a party. Design an invitation card
to invite colleagues to an office party. Pay attention to the bold phrases as they must
appear in the invitation card.

Invitation to an office party

Marry : Hi Luna, what are you doing this weekend?
Luna : I don’t have any major plan.
Marry : The boss is throwing a party for the success of our new website. It crossed
20.000 visitors a day.
Luna : Really, your boss is cool. Where will it be?
Marry : its lunch at the Radisson Hotel. I think it’s going to be great.
Luna : Are you allowed to bring a friend?
Marry : He said we could bring the spouse or a friend along. I thought about inviting
you.
Luna : Wonderful, I think I’ll love that
