1. In compliance to Memorandum DM-PFO-2019-00495 from the Office of the Undersecretary Jesus L.R.
Mateo dated June 4, 2019 re “Collection of Teachers’ IPCRF Data for Establishment of Baseline on Teachers’
Proficiency Level for SY 2018-2019 and 2019-2020”, this office will conduct the Division Orientation-Workshop
on RPMS-IPCRF Data Collection System on the following schedules at the venue to be announced later.

2. Expected participants are Elementary and Secondary School Heads, Assistant Principals and Public Schools
District Supervisors for Elementary. No representative or substitute is allowed.

3. The following ICT Coordinators are requested to assist during the workshop:
Anne Beatrice Belisario – Labnig NHS
Alec Jordan Buencamino – Malinao NHS
Liezel Secretario – Daraga NHS
Gemar Nocos – Anislag NHS

4. Each participant is required to bring along the following:

 Laptop issued by DepEd or Personal Laptop
 Internet Connection (Pocket WiFi or modem);
 Extension wires
 Summary of teachers IPCRF Ratings following the format in the attached sheet.

5. A registration of Four Hundred pesos (Php 400.00) for the meals/snacks and transportation expenses of
participants shall be charge to local funds / School MOOE while the transportation expenses of the training team
shall be charged to Division MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
Implementing Schools should be able to pay the registration fee to the cashier on or before August 9, 2019. Copy
of the Official Receipt should be presented during the registration.
