Casa De Delicias

Casa De Delicias (house of Delicacies) means we want our business to be

home of famous Filipino delicacies and also some other foreign cuisines. Casa De
Delicias is a catering service that will serve the finest Filipino and foreign
delicacies. We come up with this idea, because we want to highlight the
authenticity and the deliciousness of Filipino Delicacies. We want to serve our
customers or guests a different types of Filipino delicacies that comes from
different parts of the Philippines like Sisig from Luzon, and La paz Batchoy in
Visayas. We will innovate to make our dishes unique and uncommon so that it
cannot be perceive and taste as normal dish. Our catering business is formed
through our ideas because we notice that the food trends nowadays
are mostly from foreign countries and we don’t want our own cuisine to be left
behind. We will cater events like corporate events, weddings, debut, reunions, and
other events. The theme of our service is a simple Filipino culture in the presence
of some foreign cuisines. Our main dishes in the buffet will be served in a palayok
and the desserts are on Bilao, the dining chairs and tables will be also a Filipino
made products.
Our goal in this business is to highlight our famous Filipino delicacies and culture
around the Philippines because we think that our delicacies deserve more attention
because it is being left behind in this generation. Many people nowadays prefer
foreign cultures and foods that’s why we want to make our delicacy trending and
to be recognized
