Company Description:

BUNAKO Restaurant and Café is is a partnership between Alaiza Louisse Alejo,


Jerika Basilio, Edelyn Botalon, Christine Joy Jacinto, and Mikaella Roselada, all of whom are
Cruise Line students from the Lyceum of the Philippines University-Manila. The business
name "BUNAKO" is derived from the Filipino phrase "BUSOG NA AKO," which means
"I'm full," reflecting the team's commitment to providing a satisfying dining experience.
The restaurant's core concept revolves around capturing the essence of Filipino culture
and lifestyle. Drawing inspiration from the traditional nipa hut and the communal spirit of a
boodle fight, BUNAKO aims to transport its patrons to a quintessential Filipino setting. Our
goal is to create a warm and inviting ambiance where diners can savor not only the delicious
food but also the rich heritage and camaraderie that define Filipino dining.
